Do you recognize this?
After the positive experience with your product or service, a customer writes immediately a great line from the heart to you. By WhatsApp for example.
Then you ask them for a public review. They wait 2-5 days and then write a review from the mind. Which has not even 25% of the impact of a line from the heart.
Question: How to make it the way you want it? (And is best for future potential customers as well.)
