How do you act when your business partner is “taking the position of the loser” when you try to negociate a win-win outcome?

I proposed an outcome to a restaurant about a bill for a group.
She got (a bit) furious and says I do not need to pay anything anymore.

Which sounds nice, but that is not what I want.
I want a win-win.

I want the relationship to continue, however I wonder if this is possible with her in a good way.

(By the way, it proves to me once more that E-mail is not always the best way of communication.
